ANT CRM is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that ANT CRM will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of ANT CRM.

The eForm with e-Signature functionality is designed to streamline digital document handling, enabling users to:

• Collect responses through customizable eForms.
• Obtain legally binding electronic signatures.
• Ensure secure submissions via OTP authentication, mandated for forms with e-signatures.

Legal Compliance

• Electronic signatures collected through ANT CRM comply with digital signature laws (e.g., IT Act 2000 in India or equivalent laws internationally).
• Users must ensure their forms and documents comply with local and international legal standards. ANT CRM provides the infrastructure but is not responsible for verifying legality in specific jurisdictions.

Security and Confidentiality

• OTP Verification: For forms marked as 'Secureeform,' clients will receive a unique OTP upon submission to verify their response.
• User Guidance: Users must inform their clients not to share the OTP with any third party. Failure to maintain OTP confidentiality could compromise the security of the eForm submission.
• Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and ensuring their accounts are protected from unauthorized access.

User Responsibilities

• Users are required to accurately represent the purpose and content of eForms to their clients.
• It is the user’s responsibility to handle disputes arising from false or misleading information in eForms or misrepresentation of the e-signature’s purpose.

Limitations of Liability

ANT CRM provides tools to facilitate digital signatures and form submissions but is not liable for:

• Legal disputes arising from the misuse or interpretation of eForms and e-signatures.
• Breaches caused by user negligence or failure to enable Secureeform for sensitive data.

Termination and Suspension

ANT CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the eForm and e-Signature feature in cases of:

• Misuse or abuse of the feature.
• Violations of these Terms and Conditions.
